Although it's a self-service restaurant where you choose your order at the kiosk/cash register yourself, as soon as I arrived, the menu was offered to me, and the combos were explained to me as soon as I sat down at a nearby table. I got a ramen combo that included the ramen, a drink, and a mini portion of about 3 gyoza for 54 reais. Everything arrived very quickly! Regarding the ramen, the flavor left a little to be desired. I liked that the egg was cooked to the right point, but the noodles were partly stuck together. The broth was good, but it didn't particularly impress me. The chashu was the part I found most delicious, but I found the slightly sweet and sour taste a bit strange at first. ”
